Rafał Dreżewski obtained the Ph. D. degree in 2005. His research interests include bio-inspired artificial intelligence techniques and agent-based modeling and simulation of complex and emergent systems. Dr. R. Dreżewski is the author of more than 50 papers, mainly in the area of artificial intelligence, evolutionary algorithms, and multi-agent systems.
He was the member of the technical committee of Congress on Evolutionary Computation 2008 and the member of the programme committee of the workshop on Evolutionary Computation in Finance and Economics (EvoFIN) organized within EvoStar 2008, EvoStar 2009, and EvoStar 2010 conferences, the International Conference on Parallel Problem Solving From Nature (PPSN 2010, PPSN 2012, PPSN 2014), Intelligent Agents in Computing Systems workshop organized within ICCS 2007, Intelligent Agents and Evolvable Systems workshop organized within ICCS 2008, Intelligent Agents in Simulation and Evolvable Systems workshop organized within ICCS 2009, Agent-Based Computing, Adaptive Algorithms and Bio Computing workshop organized within ICCS 2010, Agent-Based Simulations, Adaptive Algorithms and Solvers workshop organized within ICCS 2011, ICCS 2012, ICCS 2013 and ICCS 2014, and International Conference on Simulated Evolution And Learning (SEAL 2010 and SEAL 2012).
Dr. R. Dr. R. Dreżewski gives lectures on modeling and simulation and was the supervisor of more than 50 successfully completed master of science and engineering theses.
