Interactive simulation of chosen biological processes using particles, coupled with high resolution visualization

The purpose of the project is the design of the environment dedicated to interactive simulations using particle and online visualization of the results. Methods built in the environment cover different space-temporal scales (MD, DPD, SDPD, SPH, LBG). Simulation and visualization software will run concurrently on GPUs, including GPU clusters.
